Tenderize meat by marinating overnight with vinegar. Bacteria growing can be prohibited too.

Heat the pan with vinegar before frying to avoid sticking.

For boiling egg, cracking can be prevented by adding some vinegar into the water. Even it cracks, protein will not leak out easily.

Rub fish with vinegar first, wait for a few minutes, scale easier. If fish is soaked in vinegar water for a few minutes first before cooking, it will taste fresh.

If fresh fish is not cooked right away, remove the organs and clean with vinegar water, add some salt before keeping in the fridge, it can be lasted longer.

Skin cleaning for beauty & healthy look: Naturally brewed vinegar with proper dilution as face or body cleaning with cotton pad. Refreshing, removing excessive fat, regaining natural pH value with its mild acidity and rich amino acids.

Hair conditioner: Mix water with quince vinegar in 4 : 1 as mild hair conditioner. Help oily, thin, dry, dandruff & damaged hair.  Add highlights to brunette hair, remove sebum oil. Not suitable for dyed hair.

Beauty & refreshing bath: Add 40 cc natural rosemary vinegar together with fresh rosemary leaves into bath tub with warm water. Bath for 20 minutes. Skin pH value regenerated.

Gardening
Water occasionally vinegar (diluted with 20 times of water) to soil for acid loving plants, such as azalea.

Clear wild grass or weed: Pour or spray without dilution.

Freshening & prolonging flower life in vase: For 1 L water, add 10 cc vinegar & 2 teaspoonful of sugar.

Cleaning pots with vinegar as detergent and lime remover.

Bug & Pet
Remove odor from pets.

Remove urine stains, deposits.

Keep away ants, fleas, mange.

Discourage pets from approaching prohibited area.

Keep dogs from scratching by cleaning the itchy area with diluted vinegar.

Prevent some digestive problems of dog, such as E. Coli.

Cleaning

Car chrome polishing.

Tartar can be cleaned away easier by soaking denture overnight in diluted vinegar.

Cleaning washing machine by adding 100 cc vinegar for a normal cycle washing without clothes. Good for unclog and disinfection.

Unclog & deodorize drain.

Remove stain, smoke smell, grease, deodorant, odor from clothes.
